PlugShare App & Brand Modernization

PlugShare helps EV drivers find chargers using pricing, live status, station details, and community feedback. As their first UX/UI Designer, I led modernization across mobile UX, visual direction, filters, LDV hierarchy, connector icons, payments, and brand-refresh concepts.

Outcome: Majority of production-ready mobile designs were adopted and shipped

PlugShare - Hero v5.00

The reality of EV charging can get messy fast, because the closest charger isn't always the best one to stop at. Drivers needed a faster way to judge whether a stop was available, fairly priced, and reliable before committing to the route.

PlugShare - Map v1.00

The map was redesigned as more than a browsing surface. By muting the base map, station pins, availability, and charger signals could stand out, connecting search, list results, and preview cards into one clearer evaluation flow.

PlugShare - Filter v1.00

Filters were redesigned to do more than narrow results. They helped drivers shape the map around real intent, making it easier to surface specific charging scenarios, like private home chargers near a park, without losing geographic context.

Across the redesigned screens and connector system, the work helped modernize PlugShare’s mobile experience around confidence, clarity, and speed. The result was a set of production-ready patterns that made dense EV charging information easier to scan, compare, and act on.

Bob’s Watches: “Sell Your Rolex” Funnel

Overhauled a high-intent appraisal funnel using behavioral UX research. Improved pricing clarity and micro-feedback to reduce user hesitation and drive completed sales.

Outcome: Shifted the funnel from lead capture to a trust-first selling experience.
