Arko: Design Realized in Code

A macOS application for designing and building React and Tailwind interfaces inside the real project, with live responsive frames, source-backed visual editing, and AI changes that are reviewed before they land. Since April 2026, I've led Arko's product direction, UX and interaction design, while also architecting and building the application.

Role: Product Designer & Developer

Scope: Product strategy, UX/UI, interaction design, architecture, and implementation

Outcome: Built a working macOS application where planning, visual editing, design-system tools, and reviewed AI changes all work on the same project source.

Bob's Watches Search Console Dashboard

An internal Search Console platform for Bob’s that preserved historical SEO data and turned it into guided, AI-assisted analysis. Over two months, as lead designer and developer, I owned the UX, visual design, AI analysis workflows, data views, and front-end implementation through launch and iteration.

Outcome: Turned historical GSC data into an AI-assisted workflow for research, verification, and decision-making.

PlugShare helps EV drivers find chargers using pricing, live status, station details, and community feedback. As their first UX/UI Designer, I led modernization across mobile UX, visual direction, filters, LDV hierarchy, connector icons, payments, and brand-refresh concepts.

PADI Dive Shop Locator Redesign

PADI’s global Dive Shop Locator helps divers find shops, courses, services, and conservation activities. As Sr. UX/UI Designer, I modernized the locator with intent-based filters, decision-ready cards, responsive map/list behavior, and a Material Design-aligned UI.

Outcome: 35% higher engagement and measurable sales lift within weeks of launch.
